No, and please be careful with anyone who does. The final decision always sits with the council, the parking company or the appeal body, so a guarantee is a red flag. That is the most important question we answer, and we answer it honestly. We weigh the strength of your appeal against your discount deadline and your risk, then give you a straight recommendation. Sometimes that means appeal, and sometimes it means take the discount. Either way you spend a few minutes and a few pounds to avoid guessing with a fine worth far more.

Often payment is treated as closing the matter, so the honest answer is that your options may be limited. It is still worth a free check, because where there is a route left we will find it, and where there is not we will tell you rather than take your money. You lose nothing by looking.

Is my information safe?

Yes, and you stay in control the whole way. You can redact sensitive details before anything is analysed, we use your document only to build your case, and you can delete your uploads and close your case whenever you want. Your fine is your business, not ours to keep.

Can I appeal a private parking charge?

Yes, in most cases. You usually appeal to the parking company first, and if they reject it there is often an independent route through their trade body, either POPLA or IAS. We identify which route applies to your specific charge and build your pack for that exact process, so you are not left guessing where to send it.

Can I use this for speeding fines?

Not yet. MagicFine focuses on parking and related notices, so speeding and criminal penalty matters are not supported in this version. If that is what you have, we would rather tell you now than waste your time.
